Level 5 qualification, the HND (equal to the second year of a UK Bachelors Degree) with an embedded level 4 qualification, the HNC – Leads to the final year of a Bachelors Programme.

HND in Marketing develops you for marketing and communications interconnected job roles or continuation to further education by helping you build the foundational knowledge of marketing, market research and advertising techniques.

 

HND in Marketing gives an overview of the marketing function. It factors in the purchase decision-making process and the variables and situations influencing consumer behaviour. The topics to be covered include marketing research; promotional activities for attracting target audiences; implementing and evaluating analytical tools to produce a marketing plan; marketing in the digital age and product /service innovation.

 

The credits gained on an HND are equal to the first two years of an undergraduate programme, a lot of universities in the United Kingdom and internationally can offer you a seat on the third or final year of a degree course (rather than making you start at the beginning).

Classes will be held at Islamabad Campus from 1st January 2021.

 

The overall duration of the HND (Year1 + Year 2) is 2 years which leads on to the final year of an undergraduate programme.

Each individual unit carries 15 credits. You are required to secure 240 credits to complete your HND in Marketing.

Students will be assessed by practical tasks, work projects, assignments and written work during their time on the course.

For entry in an HND programme, the student must have at least one of the following in academics

  • 12 Years of Education completed(A level pass / intermediate pass or equivalent)

All of the study materials and student handbooks will be supplied. A tutor will be allocated to you for academic support who you can contact on the phone and email. For administrative support, you will be given access to a Student Support Coordinator.
